Flap hinges painted and ready to install

November 26, 2011 – I deburred and painted the hinges and straps for the flap hinges. Everything is clecoed in place for storage until I am ready to install the bottom skins. All I have to do with the flaps is to trim the hinge pins to the correct length for installation, so I’m going to call the flaps done..
